Student Profile

Overview

The Student Profile is the single page that pulls together everything Equity Analytics knows about one student. When you need to answer a question about a specific child, this is the hub: their status, their enrollments, their scores, and the actions you can take from one place.

Where It Lives

Open a student from a search or a roster to land on their profile. At the top you will see the student's status at a glance:

From the profile you can reach the student's:

How To Use It

  1. Search for the student and open their profile.
  2. Check the status flags first; they explain a lot about how the student counts.
  3. Use the tiles to jump to the area you need, whether that is reviewing enrollments, adding a score exclusion, or printing a login card.

What Data Feeds It

The profile is assembled from the data already in Equity Analytics for that student:

  • Roster and flag data come from your SIS imports.
  • Scores, enrollments, and credentials come from their respective imports and processing.

There is nothing to upload here directly; the profile reflects whatever has been imported and processed for the student.

Common Questions

  • Why is a flag wrong? Flags like SPED, SCD, EL, and FAY come from imported data. Correcting them means fixing the source data; see the linked docs for each.
  • Why is a tile missing? Tiles only appear when there is something to show. A student with no schedule, for example, will not show a Schedule tile.
