Score Tracker and Growth Tracker
Overview
The Score Tracker is the student-level view of your scores. Where an impact rolls everything into a single number, the tracker drops you down to the individual rows: every student, their score, and how it counts. It is where you go to answer "who is in this number and why."
The Growth Tracker is the same idea for growth. Instead of a single score, each row pairs a student's prior result with their current one so you can see who grew, who held, and who slipped.
Where It Lives
- The Score Tracker is available on a district, school, or teacher page.
- The Growth Tracker is available on a teacher page.
- Both open empty until you choose a subject, then fill in the matching student rows.
- CSV and PDF exports are available for whatever you have filtered to.
Assessment Definitions
You reach a specific assessment's tracker by opening its Assessment Definition rather than picking a raw nine-week period. The definition's tracker shows the scores and the impact that rolled up under it.
How To Use It
- Open the tracker from a district, school, or teacher page.
- Choose a subject to load the rows.
- Narrow with the filters that apply: year, nine-week period, grade, period, score type, and any saved score filter.
- Use the search box to jump to a specific student.
- Export to CSV or PDF when you need the list outside the platform.
On the Growth Tracker, each row shows the prior and current result side by side, so the same filters let you isolate, for example, the lowest-performing students in one subject.
What Data Feeds It
The trackers read your processed scores directly:
- The Score Tracker shows the scores for the selected year and period.
- The Growth Tracker pairs current scores with each student's prior score, so a student needs both years on file to appear with growth.
- Saved score filters and FAY / low-performing flags come from your configured filters and roster data.
Both update as new score files process.
Common Questions
- Why is the tracker empty? Choose a subject first. The rows do not load until a subject is selected.
- Why is a student missing from the Growth Tracker? Growth needs a prior and a current score. A student missing either year will not show a growth row.
- The district and teacher trackers show different students. Each is scoped to its own district, school, or teacher, so a teacher tracker only shows that teacher's attributed students.
