SLAIF Files
This is the ninth step of the onboarding wizard. Here you upload your SLAIF files. SLAIF files give Equity Analytics an accurate picture of your students' previous scores, which lets us calculate growth and generate your impacts.

Files to upload
You will see one upload slot for each of the three school years before your current year, each as an Excel (.xlsx) file. For example, if your current school year is 2026, you will upload SLAIF files for 2023, 2024, and 2025:

When every year's file is uploaded, click Next to continue.
These names are recommended, not required
The file names above are just our recommended names. They are not required for onboarding. Upload the correct SLAIF file into each year's slot in Excel (.xlsx) format, and Equity Analytics stores it under the right name for you.
Finish District Information first
You can only upload files once the District Information step is complete.
Where to find these files
These are your state SLAIF files for each of the prior three years. If you are not sure where to find them, open a Helpdesk Ticket and we will help.
