Current Students SLAIF View

Overview

The Current Students SLAIF View provides teachers, school leaders, and district administrators with a real-time list of currently enrolled students alongside their SLAIF scores. This feature is designed to make it easier to monitor academic progress during the current school year without exporting or cross-referencing multiple reports.

Accessing the View

  • Navigate to your Equity Analytics homepage.
  • Click on SLAIF Scores. SLAIF Scores Button
  • Select Current Student SLAIF Scores on the right-hand side: SLAIF Scores Button
  • Or click on the link below:

Current Students SLAIF View

What You’ll See

The Current Student SLAIF Scores view includes:

  • A search bar to quickly find students by name.
  • A Filter by Teacher dropdown (for district and school leaders only) to view SLAIF scores for a specific teacher’s roster.
  • A table of currently enrolled students with the following columns:
    • Student
    • School
    • Grade
    • English Scale Score
    • English Performance Level
    • Math Scale Score
    • Math Performance Level

Role-Based Filtering

Access to students is determined by your role:

  • District users: See all currently enrolled students across the district.
  • School users: See only students in your assigned school(s).
  • Teachers: See only the students assigned to your rosters/schedules.

When filtered to a specific teacher (for district and school leaders only), the page will display a notice, e.g.:

Viewing SLAIF scores for Jane Doe’s currently enrolled students (Spring 2025).

Export Options

The Current Students SLAIF View supports multiple export options:

  • CSV Export: Download a spreadsheet of the data for further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • PDF Export: Generate a formatted PDF report for printing or sharing.

Important: For school leaders and district leaders, CSV and PDF export options are only available when the view is filtered to a specific teacher. This ensures exports remain scoped to a manageable set of students.

If you encounter any issues:

  • If a student is missing from your list, first double-check your Student Information System (SIS), since Equity Analytics pulls enrollment data directly from your SIS.
