PDF Score Cards
Overview
PDF Score Cards are printable, parent-ready score reports for individual students. When a parent meeting comes up or a teacher wants a hard copy, you can generate a complete card for a student, a class, or a grade in a click instead of formatting anything by hand.
Where It Lives
- PDF Score Cards are available from a school page (by grade) and a teacher page.
- They are not generated at the district level; pick a school or teacher to scope the cards.
- The output is a PDF you can print or share.
How To Use It
- Open PDF Score Cards from a school or teacher page.
- Choose the year, and for a school, the grade.
- Generate the PDF for the students in scope.
- Print or share the resulting cards.
What Data Feeds It
Score cards are built from processed scores plus the teacher attribution for each student:
- A card is only produced for a student once their subject teachers (English, math, science, and history) are resolved, so attribution has to be complete.
- The scores on the card come from the year you select.
Because a card needs every subject teacher resolved, students with incomplete attribution are left off rather than printed with gaps.
Common Questions
- Why is a student missing from the cards? A card requires the student's English, math, science, and history teachers to be resolved. Incomplete attribution leaves the student off.
- Why can't I generate cards at the district level? Cards are scoped to a school or teacher. Open one of those to generate them.
