Readiness Standards
Overview
The Readiness Standards settings allow district and school users to configure the rates for key accountability indicators. These targets determine whether a school or district is meeting state-defined thresholds and are used in Equity Analytics impact calculations.
Standards vary depending on the school year. The interface dynamically adjusts to show only the relevant readiness types for the selected year.
Accessing the View
- Go to your Equity Analytics homepage.
- Click on Readiness Standards (district and school users only!).
3. During onboarding, readiness standards were entered based on the official accountability ratings for your district and/or school.

Recommendation from Equity Analytics
Equity Analytics automatically uses your prior year’s readiness values as the default baseline when populating Acceleration, Assessment and Achievement Readiness Rates.
These values serve as a starting point to help districts begin monitoring progress under the new accountability structure. However, districts maintain full control over these readiness targets and may update them at any time to reflect local goals, priorities, or updated performance expectations.
Using the prior year’s values as a default provides:
- An immediate, data-informed baseline based on your most recent accountability performance
- Continuity during the transition to the new readiness components
- A practical starting point while districts review and establish their own readiness targets
We strongly encourage districts to review their readiness rates carefully and update them as needed to align with local improvement goals and internal accountability expectations. Equity Analytics will continue to use the values configured by your district to power projections, reporting, and readiness monitoring.
