Your Equity Analytics account is set up and almost ready to go.

Just complete the steps below to finalize your setup and make sure your site is customized exactly how you want it.


1. Nightly Data Transfers

Your district admin can generate an API Token.

Why This Matters: Nightly transfers keep your data up-to-date without manual uploads.


2. MAAP-A Students

Accurately projecting your low-performing student population and accountability ratings requires proper setup of MAAP-A students.

Why This Matters: MAAP-A students affect your accountability model. If they aren’t flagged correctly, low-performing counts and projected ratings will be inaccurate.


3. Custom Teachers

If interested, you can create Custom Teachers in Equity Analytics.
Custom Teachers are typically SPED or Gifted teachers.

Why This Matters: Custom Teachers let you track SPED, Gifted, or other non-traditional assignments. Adding them ensures all teachers who impact student outcomes are included in your accountability data.


4. District and School Users

You can add, edit, and remove district and school users in Equity Analytics. Managing user access ensures the right people have the tools they need to view data, support instruction, and make informed decisions.
